We are a holiday park set in the countryside. Our static caravan season runs from 1st March until 31st October and our tourer park runs from 1st April or Easter (whichever comes first) until 31st October. We welcome families and dogs, though there is a maximum of two dogs per caravan. We have a large exercise field for all our customers to use and there are many walks in the area.
Each static caravan pitch has its own single parking space and all other vehicles (and any commercial vehicles permitted on park) must be parked on the main car park.
The site fees for the 2020 season were £1687-21 (this included council rates and water)and fees are payable in April. Electricity is metered and charged annually in November. We sell bottled gas on the park.
Caravans cannot be resold on the park after they become 20 years old from the manufacturers age. However, provided the caravan is structurally sound and there are no debts on the caravan it can remain on the park.
The park does not flood though occasionally the river in Fladbury does and the road becomes impassable. There are a number of route options to the park though and so accessibility is year round.
The local pub/restaurant is about a 20 minute walk from the park and Evesham is about a 45 minute walk. There is a bus stop near the entrance to the park, though this is very much a countryside village service.
Privately owned caravan sales must be conducted through the park office and we assist where we can regarding viewings/negotiations etc to simplify the process. Pitch fees are not necessarily included and should be discussed with the seller.
All park owned caravan sales come inclusive of current seasons fees, a free bottle of gas and a gas safety certificate.
Before buying a caravan please make sure you have read our park rules as once you purchase a caravan you are agreeing to abide by the rules of the park. A copy of the rules can be requested at the park office.
