BOOKED TOURER INFORMATION – CORONAVIRUS
. Please do not travel to us if you suspect you or any of your party has coronavirus
. There will be no entry to those who have not booked and paid in full before arrival
. On arrival please call 01386 860377 and you will be shown to your pitch. Please remain with your vehicle
. Please follow the rules below and instruction signs at the toilet blocks and
around the park. Failure to comply with the rules could lead to you being
asked to leave the park and no refund given.
. If you require assistance during your stay, please call 01386 860377 – do not
approach reception or manager’s accommodation
. Enjoy your caravan/motorhome/tent and the area of your pitch and public
routes through and around the park whilst observing social distance from
other park users and the park team at all times
. Bring soap, hand gel, gloves, toilet roll, disinfectant, hand sanitiser – just to
be on the safe side
. Please wear disposable gloves when using communal skip, water taps and
elsan point
. We advise bringing your own supplies of food and drink which may reduce
reliance and congestion in local shops
. Talk to any of our park staff but always observe social distance – ‘we are
looking forward to seeing you!’
. Any takeaways to be delivered to the park must be collected from outside
entrance gate
. No gazebos, fire pits and ground bbq’s are allowed.
Please do not:
. Meet or gather with friends in a social group
. Invite or entertain visitors – they will be asked to leave
. Allow children to roam unsupervised around the park so that they do not,
albeit inadvertently, break the social distance rule.
. Children must be supervised at the play are by an adult. There is hand sanitizer
located at the swings that must be applied before starting play and on departure of the play area.
. If the play area appears very busy, please use common sense and perhaps delay play time until the area is quieter
. Please show consideration for the local community.
. Respect social distancing in all contacts outside the park.
